We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return/exchange policy gives you 5 calendar days from the day you received your order to either exchange or use our store credit.
Please note: Our Return/Exchange does not applies to custom orders.

We accept returns/exchange on jewelry items sold under the following conditions.

You received the wrong item due to an error made by us.

You received a factory damaged item.
We do not accept returns on the following items or under these conditions;

If you are returning an item due to personal reasons such as; if you change your mind or if you ordered the wrong product.

Do we accept return/exchange on custom Jewelry and custom products?
No, custom products are uniquely designed for you, we start processing your design as soon as we receive your order.
Please note: Custom orders takes 1- 3 business days to be customized.
Please note: Customers will receive a pic of the final product before it's shipped.
Each custom order is carefully inspected and reviewed before packaging and shipping.

Can you cancel or make changes to a custom design jewelry or custom order?
Due to our fast processing time we are unable to cancel orders on custom jewelry or custom order. Please be advised that you can make changes to your custom design jewelry within 2 hours after you
made purchase, please contact us Asap and we will try our best to modify your changes.

Instructions when doing custom jewelry or custom products order:​
Please ensure that all personalized information provided is accurate ( size/color/name/design details) when placing orders.

Please send us a photograph or personalized details through email @ebonyrougedesigns@gmail.com with order# in the subject line in order to have it customized on your jewelry, keychain or custom products.

How do you do a return/exchange on non- customized products?
​
Step 1. By contacting us within 24 hrs. after you have received package via telephone(437-522-5856) or email @ebonyrougedesigns@gmail.com to inform us of the problem, please enclose pictures as proof to support your request.

Step 2. All return/exchange request will be assessed carefully, we will send you a confirmation email after we conduct our assessment. Once return is approved we will provide you with detailed address information to send items.

Step 3. Please advised us when the item is sent.

Step4. Return items should be sent under the following conditions:​

All items returned should be in Ebonyrouge Designs original packages and all tags should be in place.

All items returned should be enclosed with customer's order number, name and address.

All returned items will be assessed upon receipt of items.

Customer will be advised within 24hrs after receiving product if item meets compliance and is eligible for exchange or store credit .

Customer will be informed when exchanged item is shipped .

Shipping cost for return Items

Ebonyrouge Designs will stand the shipping cost to return exchanged items to the customer.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return items to us.
